The Certificate in Business Process Excellence (CPBE) is designed to help professionals diagnose, improve, and transform business processes using modern improvement methods, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled tools. Participants will learn how to assess process maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and develop practical roadmaps for process excellence. The programme also covers AI-aided process visualisation, enabling participants to map, analyse, and understand workflows using the latest digital and AI-supported mapping tools. Harry is one of the best resources available on "Six Sigma". He is featured frequently as a Keynote Speaker/ Chief Guest/Award Judge in many international and local conferences/forums (i.e., Japan, USA, Singapore, Australia, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Malaysia, Maldives, Netherlands, etc.) and carries extensive expertise relating to Organizational Excellence & Lean Six Sigma. During his illustrative career, Dumidu has been recognized by many industry forums and associations.
