Multi-Accredited Six Sigma Black Belt, Process Improvement trainer, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) with more than 15 years L&SS experience in manufacturing, service and university environments.  He is an ASQ certified Black Belt and Board member of both the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Lean Enterprise Division and the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) Operational Excellence Division.  He also has Lean Bronze Certification (LBC) from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) in Michigan USA. A seasoned Six Sigma and Toyota Kata trainer, Dave has trained for Northrop Grumman Corporation, KPMG Consulting, Rolls-Royce Energy, Simplilearn, the University of Tennessee and Training Modernization Group (TMGVA).  He has presented at numerous conferences and meetings around the world and most recently at SSMI-Asia and PMI Sri Lanka. Commander Harry is a retired U.S. Navy pilot and former U.S. Defense Attaché with the American Embassy Colombo (1987-1990).  In 1983, he attended the Indian Defense Services Staff College (DSSC) in Wellington India and was awarded an MSc Degree from the University of Madras (Chennai).  In addition to his MSc degree from the Univ of Madras, he earned two additional Masters degrees in management and IT related fields.  He resides in Greeneville, Tennessee U.S.A

She has over 30 years of experience in the Mobile industry and is the recipient of multiple awards for women in management, leadership and for her exceptional contribution and achievements in the sphere of customer experience management. In 2017, she was honoured with the CMI Management Excellence Award for Women in Management. Ken Vijayakumar counts 30 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources Management. Saseendra Chanaka is a specialist in Industrial Engineering and he is a Senior Manager in Industrial Engineering at Ekala Tire Division Plant of Camso Loadstar Private Limited. He has obtained BSc (2nd Class Honours) in Chemical and Process Engineering from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka in 2004 and MBS from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2009. Saseendra has work experience spanning 14 plus years at Camso Loadstar Private Limited, a leading multi-national company in Solid Tire business. During his tenure as IE Senior Manager he established continuous improvement culture at ETD Plant to achieve competitive excellence in Productivity, Service, Quality & Cost in the safest environment. He also implemented and responsible for sustaining of the Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Protocol and Lean Roadmap at ETD plant.  Prior to his role in Camos IESM, Saseendra was the PM reporting to Plant Director of world largest solid tire manufacturing unit, Sri Lanka from 2010 to 2015.
